CASE is a private non-profit organization, which serves to inform and educate consumers on their rights and responsibilities and to protect them. You can make telephone enquiries, or ask them to represent you in writing to the timeshare company. It also maintains a blacklist of timeshare companies who practise unfair trading. Anyone over 18 and who lives in Singapore (even non-Singaporeans) are eligible for CASE membership.
