Guest Speaker: Michelle Overstreet
Michelle Overstreet is Coordinator of Career Services for the College of Human Environmental Sciences. She has enjoyed serving in this role since May of 1998. In this position Michelle has the opportunity to work with students, employers and alumni of the college. She assists students in their career preparation and exploration, hosts workshops, cultivates new employers and internship hosts and works with the CHES Alumni Board. Her philosophy regarding a career is, "If you find a job you like, you'll never work a day in your life."
Michelle is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, The American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences, The National Exchange Club, and The OSU Payne County Alumni Association Board of Directors. She holds a B.S degree in Family Relations and Child Development from Oklahoma State University and a M.S. degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Iowa State University.
