11a. We generally tend to blame others. Ever wondered why!
We, as human beings, know that we've short-comings. But we don't want to accept this truth in front of others (though, to ourselves, we generally do) . Cause we feel that by excepting it in open, we are telling others that we are less efficient/good then them . And we are afraid that this may cause our respect to diminish in their eyes. So, we try to put the blame on others so that they'll lose respect & not us. But we forget that we can escape from others but not from ourselves.
We forget that others are also human like us & they are as much liable to make mistakes as we are . And also, the real thing that counts is that we should be respectable in our own eyes (cause we can't hide anything from us & so we'll know if we deserve respect or not) . Its only secondary that we look for our respect in others eyes.
So, as long as we are truthful to ourselves, we'll be respecting ourselves & won't find the need to blame anyone as we'll be strong enough to take responsibility for our own actions.

5q. I think we can express anything to anybody. But ofcourse, there are ways of expressing things to people depending on their age & the relationship that you share with them .
I belileve words have a lot of power & speech is definitely one of the most direct & powerful ways of communication .
But before we can express our ideas to others, we've to be very clear & sure of our thoughts. Before expressing them to others, we must first express them to ourselves in, as decent a manner, as we can . Our expression should be such that it should not hurt (or hurt should be minimal) &/or offend others. Then only others will listen to our ideas for their worth.
Initially it may be difficult, getting the right words ; but with lot of careful, monitored practice, we can gradually learn to express ourselves effectively.

6q. I think we can't control the 'Origin of Thoughts' ; but we can definitely control our thoughts. We can know which thoughts have originated in our mind only when they come to our conscious mind . That is when we'll know, whether the thoughts are good or bad depending on our criterion for the same .
So, our control will start from this moment on ; that is , when we are able to distinguish our thoughts. Now, if we want to stop thinking about something, we can deliberately & forcefully, stop the thought regarding that matter, at this point.

I guess this process amounts to controlling thoughts & thinking in general .
