So, when a expectation breaks, the pain is real bad and is to such an extent that we try to forget the incident; instead of learning from it & thus may again do the same mistake & again bear the pain. But when a hope breaks, we suffer only minor dissapointment which goes of quickly. And we learn from the incident & become thankful for it cause the new lesson we learned helps us in becoming more cautious in our future considerations.
5. I
believe that the Expectation is advantageous when we've it only from ourselves.
Since, we know & can be fully sure of only ourselves & the circumstances
we are in ; we should expect things from self. And also, there should be 'limited
expectation' among lifepartners. This is, I guess, necessary for them to get
that feeling of having 'Exclusive & Special ' devotion of the partner.
But the expectation should be very limited, otherwise, if expectation is very
high then they may start treating their partner as a perfect being instead
of a human. And if this happens, then even the minor fault/mistake of the
partner may look as a major flaw/blunder leading to trouble in their relationship.
I
would say that Hope should be always there in every
relationship. We should always have hope from the concerned people
. So, the right place of hope is 'with others', since we can't know the other
person completely & so can't be sure about that person or the circumstance
he/she is in.
A Word of Caution: Never
Bring Expectaion In Any Relationship If You Want That Relationship To
Be Happy &/or Fruitful
&/or Sweet &/or
Memorable.
6. Emotional
Choking means that we are completely under the control of our emotions so
much so that we lose the sense of judgement & end up feeling confused
. At this point, we are not even able to figure out what to think & even
how to think. It's like nothing makes sense & we totally lose even ourselves.
But,
even under such a situation, we must remember that we are the only ones that
are always with ourselves. And only we can help/control ourselves. It's our
battle & we'll have to fight it out & try our Best to Succeed . Others
can only try to help (or be with) us, but then too, we've to be open for help.
All
it takes to overcome this Emotional Choking is a little rememberance that
we are not alone ; we are still with ourselves.
