Eminent Domain is main issue in Va. state house race 2003

Dear Neil Boortz:

I listen to you on WINA AM-1070.   When you began talking about eminent domain Friday, every listener in Charlottesville was thinking about me.   I ran for the Republican nomination (the party chose to put up no candidate for this seat) based on the Democratic incumbent's public record of opposing the Fifth Amendment beginning 35 years ago.

Please give your legal opinion of my Constitutional arguments on the air.
