Group and Individual training by appointment. A free service within Stanislaus County, for those organizations that will be providing free senior fitness classes that are open to the public.

Training for those who reside outside of Stanislaus County but are willing to come to a local class, an individualized training program can be negotiated for a minimal fee to cover our cost.
