| Pain Do they not see the pain a slave feels when they ignore them? Dont they see a slave breathes same as they do, have feelings as they do, hurt as they do? This girl will never understand why the Free are so heartless when it comes to slaves. What would they be if not for slaves? Why cant they understand we live and breathe as they do, we are living things as they are. We have needs as well, we dont ask for much do we? We ask not to be ignored, we ask to be made to feel we are wanted. We just want to know they care a little about us and not see us as meat, or just something they own. We beg for attention, willing to take any we can get..dont matter if its good or bad, we starve for a little attention. We start acting up to get attention even being punished is a form of attention to us...its better than nothing. We dont ask much...we cry for a touch, we beg to be noticed, we just want to be loved and wanted by the one who claims to own us. So just take a minute out of your busy day and say I am glad I have you as mine, you make me happy.
