Taro Mitsuki

Taro Mitsuki is a music teacher at the same middle school Lucia, Hanon, and Rina attend. At first, he does not seem important, other than the fact that Hanon has a HUGE obsession with him. Later, it is revealed that he once had a relationship with Sara, the Mermaid Princess of the Indian Ocean. Because of him, Sara unleashed a wave that destroyed her own kingdom. That wave was the very same wave that overturned the ship that Kaito's parents were on, therefore killing them. At the end, it is shown that Taro still loves Sara, even though Sara rejects him to be with Gaito.
