OHHHHH Paul...wish you could sign a longer contract to stay on ATWT instead of the six month short story crap they pulled on you (and well Vanessa Marcil)...I could tell why they didn't do Skatie, cuz Paul would leave again and then Matie again

I am totally enthralled with the Matie case, not becuz they are an exciting couple but the behind the scenes stuff.  Apparantly, Matie has reached storyline stalemate after three years, and heck I'm bored for their fans!  Terri C. said that the buildup of a couple is way more exciting, and it's too bad they didn't do a great job of that last yr for Matie.  I can sense some frustration with stopping and starting stories ala fans excited Mike would have a great backstory with the murder mystery only to have it end in two months!!!!

I know this is offthewall but in Start Trek, Spock said something that epitomizes soaps of all things:  "Wanting is often better than having."  Now u know why I want buildup and angst for Lusty before they hit the sheets and ILUs and all that jazz.  Make them ache and worry for each other...dream about each other.  Tease each other.  Unfortunately this is JP's weakest point.  I'm seeing stalemate for WIllen, with folks asking if JL looks bored or is just playing Gwen down?  What was left to do after they got married???
