Ok, finally some free time...I really really want to get this all down before I go back to work tomorrow then I'll have no access to puter most of the weekend.

Well, I'm still thinkin of this now, but I read JesseSofer's interview in SID and it really bothered me.  I think JL and JS are very very nice people, but methinks if Jesse had a choice he'd go back to trying for a film career the way he extols them...My guess with most actors is that the best career would be thru film:  you get so many takes to perfect your act, you can do 3 films a year and in between take your own breaks versus television, and higher pay (for studio flicks)...the minus is that so few get such established film careers!  1,000 bucks say both JL and JS are out at end of contract...remember for ATWT..the last 20somethings who stayed beyond first contract were Maura and Terri.

While that was just one interview, lemme start on GM again, I've been cringing on the stuff he has said and I'm wondering if the man will ever chat with his fans again. He went from being really fanfriendly with PAs, his own NYC PAs, fanclub stuff to Next to nothing.  Granted folks say he was very very cordial at Emmys, but it's shame this charismatic funny actor doesn't get to show himself more often.  I wonder how he would survive on an ABC soap!  How long is this going to last?  How would he survive on primetime when the limelight is thousand times greater?

One ATWT actor that I was floored and impressed over in terms of marketing, press, interviews was Mark Collier, I have read EVERY interview he's done and not once did I wince, felt weird, or went WTF.  He manages to keep his private life quiet, but yets is open to fans who want to know what his fave tv show is.  He does numerous PAs, and even just before pilot season he still hauled his butt over to a CBS party to promote the show in Early January.  (however nowadays the MCO gang says they knew he wasn't really into ATWT anymore with fewer and fewer PAs actually zero this latter half of the year...anyone thinking this was Grayson in the past year and a half?) 

When I read Jon Hensley and Michael Park's stuff, my feelings are "begrudgingly working on this soap cuz can't go anywhere else" What would happen if WT was restored to its former glory again?
