Someone suggest Jill Phelps take the helm at ATWT on SON.  Not NO but HELL NO.  You know how much more VIOLENT the soap would be?  I know G is a FOJ, but it surely hasn't helped Robin Christopher and RIck Hearst (with rumours of gettin axed) on GH! 

In 2000, Goutman's initial wish that ATWT go pass YR in ratings and made sure to strive for that goal.  Stories got more interesting, soap couples were established: Molly and Jake, and then their biggest surprise couple, Skatie.  It's too bad nowadays I don't know what this soaps' goal is

While in the end, folks had beef against HS, HSheffer willingly admiting to mistakes in writing while JP does NOT.  I recall in a cointerview Goutman and Sheffer practically apologized for that Oakdale Teens college tour (which had NOTHING to do with soapworld) and how it was a waster of money.  No other producer/writer on other soaps would admit that out loud!  (BTW, despite that, ATWT won for best drama in 2003!) 

About that InTURN special...didn't this show already did it in 2002 with that college tour? The winner of that reality series won a bit part playing Lucy's tutor.  OMG, CBS, this is NOT the way to go!  I feel bad for the dude who plays Elwood, who 13 week "stint" is up.  His was just a smidgen better than the winners of the soapnet I wanna be a star show. 

Okay, Finally a comment on AMC.  I actually am listening to AMC on the radio at work.  It's a relief cuz I heard the filmwork gave everyone headaches.  while I loved Eden R during her fantastic babyswitch/rape storyline, I wasn't feeling anything from Bianca this time around.  It was just so hohum, I felt bad for Eden who seemingly could not find work in LA.  I could get whacked for this, but on the radio, Susan Lucci sounds so melodramatic and overacting!  I mean we hear complaints about other actors from other soaps, but it no one allowed to dis LaLucci????
