I finally had to put this down though I 've been thinking about it for a while.  Folks have complained about why Dusty has had to be on the frontburner year after year...he's either gettin into trouble, saving a damsel, or supporting other characters...while Henry (and Trent D) a fan favorite as BARELY had any story.  I wanted to hark back on a time from couple of yrs ago.  It was stated that Jordan and Sierra would do a story together.  But alas, CBeetam was fired...so what did they do?  Have Dusty flucking change his job (rather conveniently) from bar ownere to worldwide business man and take over Jordan's role!  WTH!  And with that not working...guess what they did...replace Dusty with Mike in the Jenn's baby saga!  Instead of Mike agreeing to be Jenn's baby's daddy, we see Dusty taking over!  I thought this was so insulting to Mark; I sense the producers never really thought of Mike as a heavyweight in Oakdale and thusly gave Grayson/Dusty the story.  ANY REASON why Mark would stay?

Oh here's my harebrained thought about Grayson at the Emmy's this year.  I've spoken about how G really doesn't have that fire in the belly for this show anymore and the severe lack of press he's done (versus 2004).  I have the pics of Grayson in really expensive immaculate suits for his previous stints on the emmy show in 2003 and 2005, and I thought well if he's nominated and mebbe wins he's gotta dress pretty well?  I see him this show and i'm like...did he just grab something out of Dusty's closet and slapped it all together in minutes before the broadcast?
