Okay now for a real blog...as folks knew my first blog is frozen and I regret I didn't save some of the blogs about Peyton.  Anyway, as folks know, I'm really interested in the Hollywood machine and what makes a star a star.  I'm totally addicted to that mag, "The Hollywood Reporter" and how it lists all the movies being made and ones that need distribution.   Okay back to Peyton.

While I adore Peyton, I am totally fascinated on what it will take for her to make it.  I don' t know if most you u know this, but Peyton actually said in SOD she drove around the Hamptons? one day and said to herself, "(sigh)...one of these days!"  As in she really wanted that...out of huge irony, Spencer has lived in badazz mansions!  As my previous blog has mentioned, I dunno if she will make it in studio flicks especially since she looks so much like Jessica Biel.  With Biel being higher profile and studio films behind her belt, huge ? on Peyton!  I know some of you might be dismayed at this, but watching Peyton today on Daybreak, my thoughts were, "gorgeous, yet commercially bland look."  Here me out, I know there's no formula for success in Hollywood and who knows she could get a great tv series, but she's not standing out for me, and I dunno if she'll stand out to the execs!  (Unless she shows her Smallville and most likely her Without a Trace tape to them).  But I could be wrong, cuz she is smoking it with TEN straight guest appearances these past two years, so she's standin out somehow---or has a good enough agent.  I can only think of Liz Hendrickson doing as many after her soap, AMC.    I can totally see PL in an O.C, One Tree Hill, CW network type show...so there's  something.  But pulling a Boys Don't Cry type role like Hilary Swank, no.  (though u never know!)
