Hi, we have had this site for going on 10 years now and thought this was the time for an overhaul. It didn't help that the site was killed by Yahoo when Ruth tried to edit it. Anyway, it seemed like a good time to change some things around and make the site a bit easier to navigate.
We live in Galveston, TX now, just another stop in the road for us. One day we hope to settle down permanently, but we just haven't found the right spot yet.
I guess it is time to introduce the cast of characters:
Marcos is a stay at home dad. Ruth is a graduated from UTMB-Galveston with a dual Masters degree as a Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner. She is looking for work right now.
Tristan is 14, Cade is 9 and Aliera is 4. Interesting fact: they are all 4 years, 11 months and 6 days apart.

Holy Family Birth Center-where Aliera was born with the family in attendance. This is also where Ruth did her midwifery integration as a student.
