The Rench Coin ?

The below coin was found on Ebay and purchased from a dealer north of Baltimore, Md. Research has found a "Charles Rench" living in Bronx, NY according to the 1900 Federal Census. He was born Dec.1870, in Germany and immigrated to the states in 1885. He had a wife, Annie who was born Nov. 1869 in Ireland. The couple was married in 1883 with no children.
