Coleslaw the Alaska Way!

Moose Burgers

2lbs. ground moose burger
1 tube of crackes crushed
2 eggs
1 tea. smoked flavoring
1 med onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix
mix all ingredents and make into patties, and grill.

Salmon Spread

1 pint of canned Salmon
1/2 cup Salsa,the hotter the better
1/4 cup light mayo
1 tea. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
mix, and spread on crackers or bread
Low in Fat!!!
