Polish Sausage

• 4 Pounds Pork butt
• 1 Pound Beef stew meat
• 2 Tablespoons Pepper, black -- coarse ground
• 1 Tablespoon Marjoram leaves
• 8 Garlic clove -- pressed
• 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
• 3 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
• 1 Cup Water

Grind pork and beef very coarsely. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
