Polish Sausage
- 4 Pounds Pork butt
- 1 Pound Beef stew meat
- 2 Tablespoons Pepper, black -- coarse ground
- 1 Tablespoon Marjoram leaves
- 8 Garlic clove -- pressed
- 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
- 3 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Cup Water
Grind pork and beef very coarsely. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
