German emigrant & business entrepreneur Frederick A. Hihn and his logging - mill town of Valencia in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

I owned what was the old Valencia Post Office & General Store (1880's - 1900's).  The building was severely damaged in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake and I donated it to the county for inclusion in the "Park".
