Bunch Schedule
Welcome to the Byron Bunch Square Dance Club Home Page. The Byron Bunch Square Dance Club has relocated to Byron, Georgia from Rozar Park in Perry at the newly renovated Byron Municipal Complex/Old Byron City School Lunchroom or Gym. We are approximately 12 miles south of Macon. Our club dances Mainstream and Plus Level Square Dancing. We dance the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month. Our club has approximately 50 members from across Middle Georgia and welcomes all dancers: married, single, young, old, couples, etc.
All club dances are held at Byron Municipal Complex/Old Byron City School Lunchroom, Byron, Georgia. The old Byron lunchroom building now has a new sign out front that says "City of Byron Complex".
Student classes started 1/28/03 and will run 15 weeks. $40 per person. Classes are held in the same location as our regular club dances.
Mainstream classes start every January Plus classes start every Fall (Sept)
Our caller is Mr. Larry Sandefur, now entering his 20th year as a professional Square Dance caller for The Byron Bunch Square Dance Club.
Directions to Byron:
Take I-75 North or south to the Byron Outlet Exit (Big Peach). Turn towards Byron City Limits and Fort Valley on Hwy. 49 South. Turn Right at the first traffic light in Byron onto Main Street. Cross the train tracks and bear to the left at the Byron Methodist Church. The Complex is on the right.
