12. Place a piece of banana leave in the middle of a piece of parchment paper (figure 1).

Note: If you couldn't find the banana leaves use only the parchment paper.

13. Place a little less of a tablespoon of annatto oil in the middle of the banana leave and smear it around in a circular motion (figure 2).

14. Using a large stirring spoon place about 1/2 of a cup of the masa in the middle of the banana leave and smear it around in a circular motion (Figures 3 & 4).
