Funeral For Miss Callaham
Gladys, July 18 - Funeral services for Miss Mary Ann Callaham, 64, who died at her home Wednesday after an illness of four years, were conducted at the home Friday afternoon at 3: o'clock by the Rev. J. K. Holman. Burial was in the family cemetery.
Miss Callaham was born in Campbell County, daughter of the late E. W. and Mary Arthur Callaham. She was a member of Perrow Chapel. She is survived by three brothers, W. W. Callaham, J. T. Callaham and J. W. Callaham of Gladys, and three sisters, Mrs. Lee Dowdy, Mrs. J. W. Robertson and Miss Lizzie Callaham of Gladys.
Active pallbearers were Russell Hall, Buford Hall, Ralph Walker, Carrington Callaham, Melvin Bailey and Thomas Miles. The following were honorary pallbearers; J. B. Burks, S. Callaham, Lit Arthur, Houston Simms, James Simms, S. T. Hall, A. G. Taylor and Robert Callaham.
Flower bearers were Misses Ruby Callaham, Mary Callaham, Virginia Callaham, Maggie Callaham, Lula Bell, Christine Walker, Margaret Hall, Virginia Hall, Mary Bailey and Beulah Miles.
