1. He Converts Us 
    New birth - John 3:3 & 5

   Draws and convicts - John 6:44; 16:8;  1 Corinthians 12:36
        	
   Gives life - John 8:63;  2 Corinthians 3:6  

   Makes new - 2 Corinthians 5:17;  Titus 3:5 

   Fullness of life - Romans 8:11          

   Sets us free - Romans 8:2-4, 13-15

     Stamp of approval & guarantee - Ephesians 1:13-14

     Makes us part of the body - 1 Corinthians 12:13

    Bears Witness - Romans 8:16;  Gal 4:6;  1 John 3:24, 4:13

3. He Conforms Us

    Transformed - 2 Corinthians 3:18

   God's purpose - Romans 8:29

   Sanctifies & justifies - 1 Corinthians 6:11;  2 Thessalonians 2:13

    Imparts fruits - Galatians 5:22-23

4. He Counsels Us

    Teaches - John 14:26;  1 John 2:27

    Testifies of Christ - John 15:26;  1 John 5:6-8
	
    Guides into Truth - John 16:13

    Gives us a testimony and defense - Luke 12:11-12;  21:12

    Gives spiritual understanding - 1 Corinthians 2:9-16

5. He Controls Us

    Witnessing - Acts 8:26,29
