We at poor-o-state are committed to complete honesty and to looking for better ways to spend your money. All our houses have the same design with various details for the home buyer.Let us start with the entire house itself:
- 1.There is no lawn; just mud
- 2.Wire mesh windows just in case you don't want glass
- 3.No insulation between the walls to keep the house cold in the winter
- 4.Steel roofing so you can hear the sound of nature and replace the
roofing once it rusts to nothingness.
The inside of the house:- 1. There are 13deluxe bedrooms, all are 5foot by 5foot and 5foot heigh.
Deluxe cause when there are this many bedrooms, and this little space
it's deluxe. - 2.The kitchen is totally unfurnished cause we believe that
you shouldn't have to keep something you don't want. - 3.realistic living room with bugs of all sorts cause if you
are looking for a living room, it should have some life to it.
Various items within the house:
- 1.No water heater or heater because they are a fire hazard
- 2.Mud flooring which comes with a life time of mud garentee
- 3.Completely unfurnished cause we believe you should have
a choice
You might be asking yourself so what's the catch to all this great stuff? Well we now have our places over priced triple of what you'd expect to pay anywhere else. So why wait to buy our houses?
