YOUR MESSAGE - IS IT THE SAME AS GOD'S?

"I'm going to talk about the Gospel of Christ, and I am going to refuse to answer questions on subjects
that maybe 20 years ago I would have answered," Billy Graham told reporters. "I have one message: Jesus
Christ came; He died on a cross; He rose again. He asks us to repent of our sins and receive Him by
faith as Lord and Savior. And if we do, we have forgiveness of all our sins." (*Note 1)

Why do you think Billy Graham would say that to reporters and ever since continue to carry out that
mission to the world?

Let's look at what Jesus had to say.

Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the
Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Luk 24:46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise
from the dead the third day:
Luk 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations,
beginning at Jerusalem.

It's pretty simple really. The message God wants us to deliver to the world is that God loves each and
everyone of us:

Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in
him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him
might be saved.

What is your message today? Do you take the message of God's wonderful love to those you meet through
your example, through conversation? Do you, when possible, sit with folks and just share what Jesus
Christ and God's love means to you? Or is your message that of judgment and condemnation? We see so
much within the Christian community where the denominations seem to need to have full claim to their
way being the only way to believe and worship.

Look at what Billy Graham has done in his life long ministry. He doesn't ask millions of people what
their religion, or denomination is. He doesn't care what sins they have committed because we are all
sinners every day of our lives. No his message has always been about Jesus Christ, about how through
Jesus Christ we can find God's forgiveness and grace. His message has been about how we have done
wrong, but the saving grace of God through Jesus Christ, can bring us forgiveness, fulfillment and
eternal life. His message has been to bring Jesus into our lives find the change and new direction
that we have been searching for.

Take a look at what your doing today. If all of your efforts are telling folks what is wrong with them,
their beliefs, their religion, what Bible they choose to read, how they can't be saved unless they are
or believe exactly like you, then friend you need to change your approach.

Take God's message to everyone you can find. You don't have to be a preacher, knock on doors, work in
the church every evening and all weekend. Take your message to the world through your actions, your
love, your friendship and presence in other folks lives. Give them His wonderful message of love and
salvation every chance you get, and talk to them about that. Then after they have started a personal
relationship with God, spend some time with them and tell them about how you choose to worship God and
what the does or means for you, and invite them to join you. But let God direct them to how and where
He wants them to worship. I came to the Lord through two wonderful twin brothers from the hills of
Kentucky. We worked together at a tire recycling plant in California. As we became good friends, I
could see something in them that they had that I didn't. A peace in their life no matter what faced
them that day. There was a happiness, a love, a something. I knew they had it and I didn't, but I
sure wanted it. They invited my wife and I to church with them one Sunday, and a few weeks later the
Lord led us to Him and we accepted Jesus Christ as our savior. What a blessing it has been since.
Life hasn't been all that easy just because we now had Jesus in our lives, but I can tell you that the
many things I have had to face over the years would not have been possible without Him. I have had a
joy, a peace, and a love within me that I never had before. Jesus Christ and God' love and forgivness
is not about a history lesson. It is about you and me, right now, today, about what can and will be a
part of your life this very minute and from now on. That is the message I want folks to know about.
I want them to know that God loves them and through their trust and belief will guide them and be a part
of their lives forever.

To all, I say look to the relationship that God wants and has with you, the presence He has and the
deep and committed friendship the He unconditionally shares with you. Take this very same friendship
and share it with those special friends in your life and be amazed at the blessings you will receive back.

For those of you that are reading this message, but have not found your personal relationship with God,
you need to understand that it's not about me or any other person on earth except you. God loves you
personally. He knows you, and understands that things have not always been the way they should in your
life. He also knows that you don't have the ability or power to live the perfect life, and because He
does love you, He sent Jesus Christ to live that perfect life, to teach and minister so that we could
learn what God wants us to know, and then to die and be brought out of the grave to live again in Heaven.
Your belief and faith in that right there is all that you need to have a wonderful relationship with God
that will never end. He will take your hand and walk with you through thick and thin, guide you, love
you and when that day comes welcome you home to be there with Him for eternity.

God gives you the choice, but wants so much to be a part of your life from this point forward. You
don't have to look but all around you to find proof of His existence. Take some time right now, open
your Bible, and come to know the very best friend you could ever want. You probably have tried a lot
of things in your life to get to this point, only to find out that no matter what you have, your still
missing something. That something is the blessings that can only be found through a relationship with
God through Jesus Christ. I have never regretted a moment since accepting Jesus into my life and I
assure you, neither will you. Go to the site below and this moment, right now come to God through Jesus
Christ, and find all that you know is missing in your life.

May God flood you with His guidance, His love and the joy of His presence.
