MEET BEEMIE/CHEERIO

Beemie, AKA Cheerio is Molly in real life. She and her husband Jerry have been married 25 years and have 2 daughters, ages 11 and 16, who are very active in school extracurriculars.

Molly and her family live near Dayton, Ohio.

Molly has many hobbies and activities keeping her busy. She is a Girl Scout leader, she loves baking, fishing, camping and chaperoning trips with the girls. She attended the University of Missouri, and works part-time as a substitute teacher in the local elementary schools.

Molly has studied and mastered the arts of loom weaving, spinning and natural dying, and has used these old-time skills to supplement the family income selling hand-made women's garments.

Jerry is kept very busy as an Air Force engineer - he works on contracts affecting space and energy (power) and must do a lot of travelling. Molly has been fortunate enough to join Jerry in some of his travels, visiting such far-away places as Japan, China and Hawaii. They also hope to go to Russia, Australia and Spain. All the travels have kindled Molly's hunger to learn of different cultures and other places.

Finally, Molly is very active in her church. She attends a world-based Bible study called Bible Study Fellowship, which has proven to her how important it is that we get back to the fundamentals.
