Toasted Chili Nuts

Makes: 3 c. nuts
3 T. butter
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 to 1/2 t. ground red pepper
3 c. pecan halves
Combine all ingredients except nuts in a small saucepan. Heat on low
until butter is melted. Spread nuts in a 9x13x2 baking pan. Pour
sauce over nuts and toss until nuts are coated.
Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven 15-20 minutes or until toasted,
stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool thoroughly.
Store in airtight container.
