Low-Fat Fruit Shake

Makes:  1 fruit shake

1 (15-oz.) can Del Monte Lite Unpeeled Apricot Halves
1 6-8 oz. container plain yogurt, unsweetened
2 packets Equal (may substitute 2-3 Tbsp. honey)

PREP METHOD #1
--------------

Place unopened can of apricot halves in freezer for at 
least 6 hours.

Open can (be careful as it has a tendency to spurt juice)
and empty contents into blender container.  Add yogurt and
sweetener.  Blend thoroughly.

Serve immediately.


PREP METHOD #2
--------------

Open can and empty contents into blender container.  Blend
thoroughly and empty into ice cube trays; freeze.

Empty frozen cubes into blender container; add yogurt and
sweetener.  Blend thoroughly.

Serve immediately.
