Baked Ham (crockpot)

Serves: 4-6

1/2 boneless ham (I prefer Cure81)

Glaze:
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1-1/2 t. powdered mustard
1/2 t. ground cloves
1/4 t. ground cinnamon
molasses (optional; you may wish to add a little 
  molasses for better adhesion of the glaze to the ham)

Place ham on rack in crockpot; cover.  Cook on Low for
8-9 hours.  About 45 minutes before ham is taken out
for serving, score top of ham in a criss-cross pattern, 
making cuts about 1/4" deep.  Combine glaze ingredients 
and spread over ham.  You may apply a small portion of
the glaze ingredients several times over the last 45
minutes of cooking.

Remove ham from crockpot.  Slice a few pieces from the
end; serve immediately.
