Key lime pie

1 pie crust 
    (I like to use the graham cracker or butter crumb crusts for flavor 
    and texture)
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/3 c. key lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix milk, egg yolks, and lime juice together thoroughly.  Pour into pie crust 
and bake for 10-12 minutes.  Let cool; refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Top 
with 
whipped cream; serve.

NOTE:  I often double this recipe because it does not fill the pie crust 
completely.  If topping with whipped cream this is not noticeable; however, 
some guests prefer not to have the whipped cream.
