Orange-Ginger Barbecue Sauce

Makes: about 1-1/2 cups
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. ginger ale
1/4 c. ketchup
4 T. cooking oil (I prefer canola)
4-6 T. honey
4 T. sweet sherry
1 t. dry ground ginger
1/2 t. salt
pinch cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients and use to baste poultry, lamb, or pork.
Adjust amounts to suit your taste.
