Singer 201
This singer came from a chance yard sale
in a neighboring town. I asked the normal question, "do you have
any old Sewing Machines in the back of a closet, in the garage,
or basement, or in the attic?" The Response was yes, we have this
antique machine, but it will cost you $35. I said bring it out,
and there was our first 201.
He needed his tension adjusted, and his tension spring needed
to bent back into proper shape. Ater those adjustments, some
cleaning and lubrication and he was ready to begin his solo work.
