Hi I'm Jayme! I'm 11 years old and I'm in the 5th grade. I really like school this year and my teacher is really nice. I've always wanted to be a cheerleader, and I got to be one for the Jr. League Football this year. That was FUN. I've been to 4 cheerleading clinics and I had a blast at all of them. I've been taking gymnastics for almost 3 years now, and I'm on the Level 3 gymnastics team. Yippee!! I've attended 2 gymnastics camps, and learned a lot of new things...and we also played lots of fun games. Since I'm on the team, that means I get to compete in all the meets. This was my second year competing, and it looks like it's going to be my last. My best friend and I have decided to quit gymnastics, at least for awhile, and do something even more fun. We're going to be in 6th grade next year, which means we can try out for school cheerleader. The end of April both of us are going to try out for a cheerleading team. It's almost like gymnastics except that we don't use any of the equipment. We will only be doing the tumbling part (which is flips and stuff like that), and we get to compete at several meets a year. One of them will be in Florida on Spring Break every year. We're both interested in cheerleading, so it should be a lot of fun for us. Keep your fingers crossed that we both make the team.

You wouldn't believe all the Barbie's I have in my room! Oh boy...mom counted them and said I have almost 50 of them. Some of them she won't let me play with. Boo Hoo!! The really nice ones I have to put on my shelf and display on their stands. The latest one I got was for my birthday this year. It's a design your own Barbie that mom ordered for me from the Barbie page on the net. It's so cool!! I still have a bunch of them to play with so I guess it's ok. I have a whole bunch of Barbie clothes too. Most of the time they're scattered out all over my bedroom floor. Mom just about has a cow when it gets that way, but I hate to clean my room. Yuck!!! When it's clean, I can't find anything! Why do mom's make us clean our rooms anyway? She said something about teaching us responsibility or something like that. I wonder if all mom's are like that? Beats me!!
