Hey there...my name is Ryan! I'm 19 years old and I graduated from high school last May. In case you're wondering...Brandon is my twin brother. We're identical twins, and for a long time, people got us confused all the time. Now that we're older, we don't look that much alike. Brandon is quite a bit taller than I am...he even thinks he's smarter, but he's not. Just because he made better grades than I did last year, is no reason to think he's smarter. I was taking the hard classes like Latin and Algebra. He was taking the easy ones...if I was taking those I'd be making straight A's too. I started college this past January, and I'm majoring in Computer Programming. It's a lot of fun (a lot of work too) and SO different than high school.
I didn't play football like Brandon did. I liked being the manager. It's a good thing too, because I'm too small to play! I was the boys football and girls basketball manager. I also got to videotape the girl's games. Last year I helped out the Athletic Trainer, and became his assistant. Isn't that cool?? The football coach even nominated me for the US Achievement Academy for Football. It's a great honor to be accepted, and after sending in my application, I found out I was accepted. YEAH!!! My picture and biography was printed in their annual yearbook.
I worked at one of our local fast food restaurants for over 2 years, and I finally saved up enough money and got my first car a little over a year ago. It was a 1979 Toyota Corona station wagon. It ran good and got me where I was going, so I was a happy camper. Then I started working at another restaurant a little over a year ago. I've worked my way up to being a crew leader, and just a few months ago was able to buy me a new truck. It's a 1996 Ford F150. If it wasn't for my uncle, I would still be driving that old Toyota. He's a contractor, and when his foreman quit, he had an extra truck on his hands that he wanted to sell. He knew I needed a reliable vehicle to get me back and forth to school, so him and my aunt helped me out and sold me the truck at a really reduced price. Better than that, they're letting me make monthly payments to them without interest. They are both super nice, and I owe them a lot for helping me out like they did. If it wasn't for them, I might not have been able to go to school right away.
Some of the things I like to do in my spare time are playing my Sony Playstation, hunting, fishing, and watching football. My favorite team is the Chicago Bears!!
