Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
1 stick melted margarine
1 pound powdered sugar
2 cups peanut butter
Mix together and add:
3 cups rice crispies
Then roll into balls.
Melt in a double boiler:
12 ounce chocolate bar
1/2 bar of paraffin
OR
use 1 block of chocolate almond bark instead. Just put in microwave until melted, stirring occasionally.
Dip the peanut butter balls into chocolate. Set on wax paper and let chocolate harden.
HINT: It's easier to dip the peanut butter balls by inserting a toothpick in each ball and then dip in
chocolate. Less mess.
Makes approximately 60.
