Mexican Meat Loaf
2 pounds ground chuck
2 medium onions, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
16 ounce jar of taco sauce
Small can green chiles
Small can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 package flour tortilla shells
1 pound block of Velveeta Cheese
Saute meat and onion. Add next 6 ingredients. Cook together for 20 minutes.
Tear tortilla shells into bite size pieces and layer with meat sauce alternately
in 13 X 9 pan. Cube Velveeta cheese and sprinkle over top. Bake at 300 degrees for
45 minutes.
