Chocolate Marshmallow Crisps
 
 
  • Ingredients:
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 2/3 cups peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
    • 6 cups crisp rice cereal
    • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
     
    • In large saucepan, over very low heat, stir chocolate chips and peanut butter until melted and smoth.
    • Remove from heat.
    • Add cereal and then marshmallows, stirring until coated
    • Press mixture evenly into buttered 13"x 9" pan.
    • Chill until firm, about 45 minutes.
    • Cut into squares.
    • Store in rerigerator, covered.
