The True Meaning of Christmas

My dear friend, each time during Christmas, we see the glittering lights of Christmas lightings, parties and many Santa Claus. You seem to have a lot of Christmas presents to buy and a long mailing list of Christmas cards. Decorating the Christmas tree and exchanging gifts at Christmas parties seems to be so fun! And not forget the big turkey dinner.

If Christmas is just all of the above to you...then sadly, my friend, you have missed out on the big picture. Santa Claus is no father Christmas but he's a Saint though. His name is Saint Nicholas and he does not wear a red coat. He is a good example of a good Christian who shares and gives to the poor. But what Christmas really commenrates is the birth of a Saviour, born to a virgin as prophesied in the scriptures and fulfilling the promise of God. This same Christ Jesus also gave up his life to be cruxified on the cross to atone for the sins of mankind. Hereby bringing us the greatest gift that you can receive this Christmas -- the promise of an eternal life; by accepting and believe this Saviour, Christ Jesus. He will give you the peace of heart and salvation that no money can buy if you would just believe.

"Come to me all you who are heavy ladden and I will give you rest," says the Lord. Are are willing to take up this offer? It's your choice.
