My family is pretty odd.

Mom and DadThese are my parents. My dad is a computer programming supervisor for Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He is presently occupying himself with trying to convince my mom to let him have a big dog. He will be retiring soon, I think.
My mom works at home during the days, keeping things clean and in order so my dad doesn't go crazy. She's also a member of the Gem City Sweet Adelines, an internationally famous barbershop chorus.

My brother, Bryan, and I in 1992. Bryan is my older brother. He's 31 and is currently living in Los Angeles, working as an animator for Sony. He's done some work on their cartoons, and he's illustrated some childrens' books. He also drew some dinosaurs for the MONSTROSITIES web page. They can be found under Prehistoric Profiles in the Webzine area. He made me some really cool shoes for my birthday a few years ago. I wish he would make me more.

This is Bryan and his fiancee Monica. She is really sweet. They will be getting married early in 2004. I think it will be nice to have a sister.

My grandparents and other family members. My Gramma is still storing lots of my stuff since Erik and I don't have much room. We still go out to eat every Sunday. We've not missed very many since we started going, shortly after Grampa died in 1996.

Also living in my hometown are my dad's brother and his wife.
Uncle Tom, my dad's older brother, is retired from his job as a science teacher at Fairborn High School. He's now looking for a teaching job somewhere else.
His wife, Judy, works in the HR office of New Horizons, a computer school, and she is the organist at the United Methodist Church here in Fairborn.
Their sons are Brycen and Bradley. Bryce is 27 years old and he's a history teacher and basketball coach in Piqua. He lives in Springfield with his really cool wife, Sherry. They were married in July of 2002.
Brad is the smart one of the family. He's 23 and a student at University of Cincinnati. He's getting his Master's Degree in their Pharmacy school. He graduated from Wright State, getting a double major in Chemistry and Biology. I don't think he ever had to open a book during his time there, either. But the thing in his life that best displays his intelligence is marrying Christina. (You can see pictures from their wedding here.) She's become more of a sister to me than a cousin-in-law. I told Brad that makes him my brother-in-law. He didn't seem to mind. They are now expecting their first child. Hopefully they won't name it Electra.

There will soon be lots of new members of my family. In July 2004, I will be marrying Erik Tritsch. He has two brothers and a sister-in-law and his parents live almost as close to us as my parents do. I really enjoy his family, though I haven't met his brother and sister-in-law yet.

That is my family at a glance...
