Sybase Learning Connection, Curriculum Development and Project Management
In preparation for a major change in the packaging of Sybase's education
I project managed and developed both pre- and post-classroom curriculum.
Beginning with "Fast Track to ASE" and "Server and Database Administration:
Sybase ASE 11.5" I identified, wrote and managed development of
supporting curriculum for the existing courseware. This curriculum is being
developed into an interactive Web site. My responsibilities
included building a team of instructors, course developers and management;
identifying Learning Objects; tracking and scheduling content development; developing Learning Objects into course materials
and designing the Web based courseware.
Fast Track to Sybase IQ
I wrote the course outline, completed the first three modules, and
did much of the project management, including building a team of technical
and instructional experts, and original scoping. This project required
working with people throughout Sybase and around the world.
