I am so sorry to hear that Yossi has had a relapse, and that things have been so hard for him and your whole family. I have forwarded on your request for prayers in Yossi's name to friends, who have in turn forwarded the request onto more groups of people. I truly hope that this helps. At the very least it cannot hurt!! Perhaps the real miracle will be having people who do not normally pray do so in an effort to help you and your family? I do not know the answers. However, I do know that we will all pray in my household for your son's and your family's recovery.
