French Onion Burgers

Outstanding and easy barbecued hamburgers.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (use 80% lean for best results)
  • 1 package (1 ounce) French Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom pieces, undrained
 

Directions

  1. Combine beef, the dip mix and mushrooms in a medium bowl. Shape beef mixture into 8 patties.
  2. Oil hot grill to help prevent sticking. Grill patties, on covered grill, over medium coals, 7-12 minutes for medium doneness, turning once.

Makes 8 servings.
