The True Meaning of ChristmasThe Caring Link People
I recently recieved an email from someone nominating their site for my "Christmastyme Spirit" award. Little did I know that when I clicked on that link I would be entering a site that would touch my heart and bring tears to my eyes with the realization that this is what Christmas is all about.
The Caring Link is a wonderful site started by Dave Peters and friends to help children dying of terminal illnesses all over the world with prayers and well-wishings via email. It is a wonderful, selfless, and endearing act of these people to devote their spare money and time to this endeavor. I have never been so proud to give an award, and to someone who so richly deserves it.
Please visit this site. I guarantee it will stir something deep inside of you. Their site will be updated as of Nov. 10, 1997 to include photos of the children they have helped and are helping. Please keep checking back for further updates.
