He married Keziah BEALL ABT 1770. Keziah was born in Prince Georges Co., MD 1756. Keziah was the daughter of James BEALL and Anne _____. Keziah died 1793 at 37 years of age.

Charles SHAW and Keziah BEALL had the following children:

4 ii. James SHAW.

5 iii. Major SHAW.

+ 6 iv. Alexander SHAW was born ABT 1771.

7 v. Zachariah SHAW was born in Prince Georges Co., MD AUG 1777. Zachariah died 15 APR 1852 in Madison Twp., Licking, OH, at 74 years of age. His body was interred in Licking Co., OH, Bowling Green Cemetery.

8 vi. Osborne SHAW was born 21 APR 1792.

9 vii. Charles Wesley SHAW was born in VA 17 AUG 1794. Charles died 31 DEC 1872 in Scioto Co. OH, at 78 years of age. He married twice. He married Elmira HARBERT. He married Anna WOOD in Scioto Co. OH, 12 NOV 1827.
