He married Rebecca Emma SHELBY in Fulton Co., IL, 18 NOV 1854. Rebecca was born in Erie, Whiteside, IL 10 MAR 1830. Rebecca was the daughter of Noah SHELBY and Mariah NEVITT. Rebecca died 4 FEB 1919 at 88 years of age.

Robert's occupation: Liverpool Twp Assessor 1860. Robert's occupation: Liverpool Twp Supervisor in Liverpool, Fulton, IL, 1862. Robert served as Liverpool Township Supervisor between 1862 and 1863.

Robert's occupation: Liverpool Twp Tax Collector in Liverpool, Fulton, IL, 1865. Robert's occupation: Liverpool Twp Supervisor in Liverpool, Fulton, IL, 1869. Robert's occupation: sheriff in Lewiston Twp, Fulton, IL, NOV 1870. Robert served as Fulton County sheriff from November 1870 to 1874.

Robert's occupation: Lewiston Twp Supervisor in Lewiston Twp, Fulton, IL, 1878.

Robert PRICHARD and Rebecca Emma SHELBY had the following children:

26 i. George W.⁴ PRICHARD was born in Whiteside Co., IL 23 SEP 1855. George died 1 MAY 1891 at 35 years of age.

27 ii. Alice S. PRICHARD was born in Lewiston Twp, Fulton, IL 27 FEB 1857. Alice died 10 MAY 1948 in Yoakum, Plains, TX, at 91 years of age. Her body was interred 12 MAY 1948 in Waco, McLennan, TX. She married Frank L. KOST. Frank was born in Astoria, Fulton, IL 1855. Frank died 16 FEB 1917 in Canton, Fulton, IL, at 61 years of age. (See Frank L. KOST for the continuation of this line.)

28 iii. Peter L. PRICHARD was born in Whiteside Co., IL 8 FEB 1859.

29 iv. Olive A. PRICHARD was born in Whiteside Co., IL 22 MAR 1861. She married James W. ASHBAUGH.
