He married Mary Jane PRICHARD in Lewiston Twp, Fulton, IL, 12 NOV 1846. Mary was born in Newark, Licking, OH 4 JUL 1828. Mary was the daughter of Jordan PRICHARD Esq. and Artemisia SHAW. Mary died 20 JUL 1897 in Liverpool, Fulton, IL, at 69 years of age. Her body was interred in Liverpool, Fulton, IL, Liverpool Cemetery.

Benjamin H. HAVENS and Mary Jane PRICHARD had the following children:

3 i. Marion³ HAVENS was born in Liverpool, Fulton, IL 9 SEP 1847. Marion died 16 JUL 1849 in Liverpool, Fulton, IL, at 1 year of age.

4 ii. James Jordan HAVENS was born in Liverpool, Fulton, IL 4 MAY 1849. James died 17 JAN 1908 in Topeka, Mason, IL, at 58 years of age.

5 iii. Rebecca HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 4 MAR 1851. Rebecca died 3 MAR 1915 at 63 years of age. Her body was interred in Canton, Fulton, IL, Greenwood Cemetery.

6 iv. Marian HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 14 APR 1852. Marian died 1853 at 1 year of age.

7 v. Mary Elizabeth HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 7 MAY 1853. Mary died 4 MAR 1886 in Delta, Otoe, NE, at 32 years of age.

8 vi. Martha HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 18 JAN 1856. Martha died 3 AUG 1869 at 13 years of age.

9 vii. Margaret HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 26 JUN 1858.

10 viii. Robert HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 27 JUN 1859.

11 ix. Malica HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 27 JAN 1861.

12 x. George HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 30 SEP 1862. George died 16 OCT 1934 in Canton, Fulton, IL, at 72 years of age. His body was interred OCT 1934 in Canton, Fulton, IL, Greenwood Cemetery. He married Minerva M. MORTON in Fulton Co., IL, 24 MAR 1889. Minerva was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 1871. Minerva died 1923 in Canton, Fulton, IL, at 52 years of age. Her body was interred 1923 in Canton, Fulton, IL, Greenwood Cemetery.

13 xi. Sara HAVENS was born in Topeka, Mason, IL 31 JUL 1865.
