Still trying to shake this bug or whatever
it is that is wrong with me.  I feel pretty
good most the day but then around 4 or
5pm I start to get a fever.  It's so weird.
Why only at night do I get a fever.  It's a
low one 99.3 - 100.7 but it's enough to
just make me feel yucky.  It's really starting
to get me down, it's almost 2 weeks now.
I just want to feel good.  I have a re-check
next Thursday.  They didn't find anything
wrong with me when I went in before.
Maybe it's a viral thing.

Do you ever sit at home while your child
is in school and the phone rings.  You
pick up the phone and look at called ID
and you see your child's school is calling.
Ugh!  I hate that feeling.  I always dreaded
that I'd get a call that Alex was hurt.  Well
today I got that call but luckily he is fine now.
He hit his head on the play equipment at recess
and I guess the lump was pretty big.  They called
to tell me he had a ice pack on it but didn't want
to come home (they were having a special
Spring Fling day) and that he was back out
playing.  I only live about 6 blocks away so
I jumped in the car and sped down there so I
could talk to him on the playground but they
had already gone back inside.  I called the
school back and asked them to check on him
in his class and make sure he didn't want to
come home.  He didn't.
When he got home I checked his head and
the lump must have gone way down because
it's about the size of a pea.  Whew~  I get
so worried about my baby.

I making hubby his favorite dinner tonight.
I just have not felt up to cooking and he has
been fending for himself.  He'll be excited
to come home and smell dinner cooking.
