Mrs. Blanche Carter Clabaugh McMahan,
wife of Samuel Timothy Chandler McMahan prepared the notes on the Chandler
family, post-titled CHANDLER OF BOYD'S CREEK, after 1942. After
her death in 1966 her notes and files became possessed by her sister Grace
Clabaugh (Mrs. Paul) Fakler. These files were a source of the sketch CHANDLER
in Brabson, Estalena R. (1989),
