A new day is dawning the rest of my life has just begun,
I surrender myself to My Heavenly Father and Jesus His precious Son.

I have been forgiven of all the sins of the past,
and the work that's begun within is guaranteed to last.

I have a promise that I shall never again walk alone,
I have been sent a comforter and when needed a light on my path will be shown.

I have The Word which explains and guides the way that I am to go,
and if I seek wisdom God will provide it for me I know.

Yes a new day is dawning and I too am born anew,
and accepting Jesus as your Savior will do the same for you.

The old is done away with you'll begin your new walk with Jesus today,
all you must do is believe and surrender as you pray.

A brand new day a brand new walk a new attitude and all are free,
all these are gifts from our Heavenly Father to you and me.

No one will force these on you the choice must be your very own,
but once you have made it you will never again feel alone.

Come and join in be one with the Family of God,
come put your trust in the Father we'll walk where the saints have trod.
