2 lbs hamburger
1 cup rice
1 can tomato juice
(46 oz)
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
chile
powder
salt and pepper
Brown hamburger with onion, green pepper, salt
and pepper. Put in casserole dish. Add rice,
tomato juice, and chile powder. Bake for 1 hour
at 350. Stirring occasionally. Add water if rice
is to dry.
Serve with vegetables and salad.
