2 lbs. hamburger
 
1 tablespoon oil
 
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
 
1 cup dairy sour cream
 
1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms, undrained
 
Egg Noodles
Brown hamburger with onions and garlic. Add water 
to cover hamburger; simmer for 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles. Add to 
meat. Heat through, but do not boil. Thicken with flour and water paste. Serve over noodles.
